From essential course reservations to full-service golf travel.
No. Our fee covers the concierge service only — course research, Japanese-language reservations, coordination, and on-trip support. Green fees are paid separately and directly to the golf course on the day of play. Typical green fees in Japan range from ¥12,000 for a standard course to ¥40,000+ for premium venues. We will always give you a clear estimate of expected green fees when we recommend a course.
The fee covers everything we do for you: researching courses that match your skill level and schedule, making reservations in Japanese on your behalf, coordinating rental clubs and caddies if needed, sending you preparation materials (etiquette guide, what to expect), and being available via WhatsApp if anything comes up. Think of it as paying for our time, expertise, and Japanese language access — not the round itself.
Green fees are paid on the day of play, directly at the golf course — either at the reception desk or sometimes in advance by bank transfer to the course. The exact method depends on the course. We will let you know the payment arrangement when we confirm your booking.
Bronze ($200) is best if you have a specific course in mind and just need us to handle the Japanese-language reservation and basics. Silver ($400) is our most popular option for visitors who want full coordination — course recommendations, rental clubs, restaurant bookings, and an itinerary. Gold ($1,000) is for those who want a completely hands-off premium experience, including in-Japan concierge support throughout their trip beyond just golf.
Yes. The service fee is per person and covers the planning session and all reservations discussed during that session. If you want to play in Tokyo, Kyoto, and Hakone, we handle all three under one plan. Tell us your itinerary and we will build the golf schedule around your travel.
We accept credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Wise (TransferWise) international transfer, and Japanese bank transfer. Payment is due after we confirm your booking details. We do not charge until we have verified course availability and confirmed the reservation.
Cancellations more than 28 days before your tee time: full refund. Within 28 days: 50% of the service fee is charged. Within 14 days: the full service fee is non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable. If the golf course itself cancels the booking, we provide a full refund or reschedule at no extra cost.
We recommend contacting us at least 3–4 weeks before your trip. Popular courses — particularly in Hakone, Kyoto, and the major Tokyo clubs — fill quickly, especially during spring (cherry blossom) and autumn foliage seasons. Bookings within 1 week of play are possible but incur a ¥100/person surcharge. Same-day and 48-hour emergency bookings are available at higher rates.

Teelink Japan ("Teelink", "we", "our", or "us") provides golf concierge, reservation assistance, itinerary coordination, and related support services for international visitors wishing to play golf in Japan.
Teelink is not a golf course operator, transportation provider, hotel operator, restaurant operator, travel agency, insurer, or tour operator.
Depending on the selected service package, Teelink may provide:
All services are provided on a best-efforts basis. Teelink does not guarantee availability of any golf course, tee time, transportation service, accommodation, restaurant, or other third-party service.
Golf courses, hotels, transportation providers, restaurants, rental companies, and other suppliers are independent third parties. Any services ultimately provided by such parties are governed by their own terms and policies.
Teelink shall not be responsible for any act, omission, cancellation, delay, closure, overbooking, pricing change, operational decision, injury, loss, or damage caused by any third-party provider.
A booking request is not confirmed until: (a) Teelink confirms availability; and (b) the required service fee has been paid. Teelink reserves the right to decline any booking request.
Service fees are payable in advance. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all service fees are non-refundable once booking work has commenced.
Green fees and other golf-related charges are generally payable directly to the golf course unless otherwise specified. The Client remains responsible for all golf course charges, rental fees, transportation fees, accommodation charges, and other costs associated with the booking. Any bank charges, transfer fees, currency conversion fees, or payment processing fees are the responsibility of the Client.
Service Fee Cancellation Schedule:
Additional cancellation fees imposed by golf courses or third-party providers remain payable by the Client. If a golf course officially cancels a reservation due to course closure or operational reasons, Teelink will provide either (a) a rescheduled booking; or (b) a refund of the applicable service fee.
Golf is an outdoor activity. Play may proceed in rain, wind, heat, or other adverse conditions. Unless the golf course itself officially cancels the booking, no refund shall be due solely because of weather conditions.
Clients agree to:
Clients are responsible for any damage caused to golf courses, rental equipment, vehicles, accommodation, or third-party property.
A person making a reservation on behalf of a group represents that they have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of all participants. The booking contact shall remain jointly and severally liable for all fees, charges, penalties, and obligations relating to the booking.
The Client agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for services properly provided. If a chargeback is initiated and Teelink successfully contests the dispute, the Client shall reimburse the disputed amount, processing fees, collection costs, and reasonable legal fees.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teelink's total liability arising from any booking or service shall not exceed the amount of service fees actually paid to Teelink. Teelink shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, loss of enjoyment, missed tee times, travel disruption, flight delays, lost profits, accommodation costs, or transportation costs.
Teelink shall not be liable for failure or delay resulting from natural disasters, typhoons, earthquakes, flooding, pandemics, government actions, transportation disruption, labor disputes, or events beyond reasonable control.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
